blendways & remnant baby
– blendways is ambient, soundscape ecology, and sound collage with field recordings gathered by Rachel Weaver. Their environmental education work, zine publications, and performances are parts of a transdisciplinary environmental philosophy approach to evoke the environmental imagination, and maieutic practice.
– remnant baby is Maureen Leak, a talented poet, playwright, artist, cook, and all-around-creative from Washington D.C. now residing in Texas. She writes, “If you cannot go into the deep, dark, lonely places and pull out your art, you will miss the single thread that connects us all to a larger creative piece.”
